Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation by email or SMS from The Chauffeur.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and acceptance. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred vehicle and travel time are available.
If your travel plans change after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any changes may result in a revised fare.
Quotes & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Our quoted fares are fixed for the agreed journey, vehicle, and itinerary at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply where travel requirements change, including:
- Additional pick-up or drop-off locations
- Extra waiting time beyond the included allowance
- Route changes requested during the journey
- Road tolls or parking fees where applicable
- Significant changes to the booking after confirmation
Any additional charges will be explained before they are applied wherever possible.
Payments
Payment is securely processed using approved payment methods.
Unless otherwise agreed for approved corporate accounts, payment is required before or at the time of your journey.
Corporate clients with approved accounts will be invoiced in accordance with their agreed payment terms.
Booking Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand travel plans can change and will always try to accommodate your request.
Depending on the notice provided, cancellation fees or no-show charges may apply, particularly where a chauffeur has already been dispatched or a vehicle has been reserved exclusively for your booking.
Passenger Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, passengers are expected to:
- Be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time
- Wear seatbelts as required by Australian law
- Treat our chauffeurs with courtesy and respect
- Avoid causing damage to the vehicle
- Follow all reasonable safety instructions during the journey
Passengers may be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to a vehicle during the booking.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to provide our chauffeur services, process bookings, and communicate with you regarding your journey.
