These terms apply when you book and travel with The Chauffeur. Please read them so you know what to expect.
Bookings and quotes
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Prices shown at booking are fixed for the route and vehicle you select. If your trip changes, the price may change to match.
Pricing and payment
Fares are quoted in Australian dollars. Extra charges may apply for additional stops, waiting time, tolls, or changes made on the day. Payment is taken by card unless an account has been arranged.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel a booking by contacting us or through your account. We ask for reasonable notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee.
Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. You are responsible for any damage caused during your trip.
Our service
We aim to arrive on time and deliver a safe, comfortable journey. Where events outside our control cause a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimise any impact.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
